St Bart’s Brewery Wedding << Clare + James >>
A couple of weeks ago I went down to London town to hang out with two of the loveliest people I know. Clare and James tied the knot at Islington Town Hall after an emotional first look on the terrace of the London Bridge Hilton Doubletree roof top bar. A short bus ride later we found ourselves at the coolest wedding venue in town – St Bart’s Brewery in Farringdon. With Sailor Jerry inspired touches (designed by Clare’s incredible Dad, who sadly passed away unexpectedly five weeks before the wedding) and one hell of a sexy menu (there was chocolate soup for dessert people – CHOCOLATE SOUP) this St Bart’s Brewery wedding was full of colour, fun and, well, party animals! Wedding day highlight for me had to be the AWESOME band, Creme de Chevre. We stayed late to dance to their ukelele covers of the Prodigy and Rage Against The Machine, they were just so bloody good. But I doff my cap also to Gemma Fee for her hair & make-up skills, Jane Taylor Millinery and Crown & Glory for the geourgeous hair pieces, Vivienne Westwood for pretty things (shoes, cufflinks, bag) and Vera Wang c/o David’s Bridal for the frock!
What a wonderful, fun couple and you’ve captured them beautifully Hannah! 🙂
