craft beer e-shoot << ayshea + james >>

I first met Ayshea and James at a quiet little pub in Brighouse. It was the 1940s weekend and a genuine spitfire flew overhead just as I arrived. SO loud! We sat outside having a natter, talking weddings and admiring the vintage clothing of the other people milling about. Ayshea popped inside and then it happened. I couldn’t resist. I opened my Untappd app and made a note of the beer I was drinking. James did the same. And right then and there, James decided that I had to shoot their wedding. Because I liked beer. Flash forward several months and I’m down in London on a sunny October afternoon. We met up again st Kings Cross. We took a stroll through the Camley Street Nature Park (so cool) and then headed into Soho, talking about album covers and 90s indiepop. And then we headed to Brixton, the The Craft Beer Co. I tried an awesome new Brixton Brewery IPA and we talked more about beer and wedding plans. A happy afternoon indeed. And, thanks to James, I now have a list of pubs to visit next month when I head down to London with my sister. We’re going to be a right pair of craft beer tourists. I can’t wait!
