Liverpool Titanic Hotel Wedding | Holly + Alex
I have so much love for this beautiful Titanic Hotel wedding. It was a riot from start to finish. It’s kinda hard to know how to even begin to describe it, actually. I want to tell you about the super cool seating plan and the incredible flowers and the ridiculously awesome people. I want you to hear the music and feel the love. So I’m going to show you what was at the very heart of this wedding. Starting with Holly, Alex and baby Cassius and ending with a whole heap of fun as all of their friends and family poured onto the dance floor.
Holly & Alex took their marriage vows in the beautiful St Anthony’s of Egypt Church in Liverpool before heading to Stanley Dock to celebrate with their family & friends at the incredible Titanic Hotel. Their Rum Warehouse reception was filled with dramatic flowers and so many candles – oh and the sound of laughter. Holly’s Yolan Cris dress looked absolutely fantastic teamed with a bridal cape for the ceremony. I mean, who doesn’t love a wedding cape, right? But when the cape came off, that dress was seriously jaw dropping. She wore delicate flat Harriet Wilde shoes (all the better for dancing in) and carried huge, dramatic blooms including the biggest peony I have ever seen! Alex wore an elegant dark blue suit with a Gucci tie and Reiss Derby cap toe shoes. How his buttonhole remained intact I will never know – Cassius was absolutely obsessed with the blackberry and seemed pretty determined to get his chops on it all day long. Oh and I have to tell you about the bridesmaid dresses (which were bloody gorgeous by the way) – designer Kirsty Doyle named the style after Holly. How cool is that?
Yep, this Titanic Hotel wedding was just my cup of tea. And you’ll soon see why…
