Wooo – the weekend is upon us. Well, just about. And it’s an ever so exciting weekend here at LifeLine Towers. Damian finishes work today. He ceases to be employed as the master roaster behind Grumpy Mule’s amazing coffee. From now on, he is his own boss. He has a new brand to nurture. May will be spent tarting up the new roastery (the mill I keep banging on about), and hopefully by June he will be roasting his very own coffee. I can’t wait to see this venture come to fruition. To see his dreams become a reality. My boy is so passionate about coffee, about buying great beans from the best coffee farms in the world and roasting them to perfection. I have no doubt that he is going to produce some of the best bloody coffee in the world. That’s certainly what he has been doing for Grumpy Mule all these years. I’m so proud of him for taking the leap. Hurrah! Expect lots of piccies soon of the new roastery and branding… In the meantime, I’ll be spending this weekend immersed in my own passion – photographing weddings. I’m off to Wentworth Castle Gardens to hang our with Jody and Ben again. From what they’ve told me, I think it’s safe to say it is going to be a FUN one. Sneak peeks on Monday. For now feast your eyes on their e-shoot pics taken last month.
