Vintage Inspiration in Malvern << styled shoot >>

It’s a funny time of night for me to be posting, I know, but allow me to explain. I’ve been working at Download Festival since Tuesday morning and all the while daydreaming about processing some images from the awesome vintage inspired shoot that I went along to in Malvern last weekend. It was SO good. Organised by the utterly lovely (and heavily pregnant, bless her) Theresa Furey, the shoot involved 12 photographers, 3 gorgeous models (see below), a talented and fun stylist (Lekeux Events), several beautiful Vivien of Holloway dresses, a couple of gobsmackingly gorgeous vintage cars from Barrington Chauffeur Services, fab venues, high tea and a whole lot of fun…all of which made it worth getting rather drenched. Hehe. Not even the rain could dampen our spirits. It was a fun shoot and I am absolutely loving the images that have come out of it…although that has made it harder to pick which ones to share so I’ve ended up with lots to post. And this is just the first half of the day. You can expect more vintage loveliness when I’m back from Download properly next week. As is I’ve just popped home for a nice meal and a hot shower on my night off before the music starts. Cheating, I know, but I couldn’t resist getting to work on these images!

So…time for some pretty pictures. First up the stunning Chara Jackson with her endless legs, porcelain skin and Hollywood curls.

Next we have the girl that Jessica Rabbit wishes she looked like, our ravishing redhead, Miss Clare Hughes.

And last but by no means least, the bubbly and bloody gorgeous Diablo Rose.

I sincerely hope to work with these three lovely ladies (and everyone else form the shoot in all honesty – a lovelier bunch I never did meet) again in the future. For now though, I shall content myself with looking at their gorgeousness a little longer when I get around to editing the latter half of the day…fun and frolics in the winter garden and on the platform at Great Malvern Station. Woo! Keep your eyes peeled early next week. Til then…feast your eyes on today’s pin-up loveliness and try not to drool on your keyboard too much!
