Once upon a time there was a beautiful photographer called Helen. Only she wasn’t a photographer yet. Not professionally, at least. She was still at school. And when she was at school, she met a boy. A funny boy with a cute grin and cheeky glint in his eye called James. Only everyone called him Woody, so she did too. They got on. They got together. And eight years later they got engaged. That was five years ago. The time has finally come to take the next step. Well…almost. I’m heading out to Windermere for their lakeside nuptials next month. But we met up at the gorgeous Cow & Calf on Ilkley Moor recently for a beautiful evening e-shoot with quite a lot of laughter and a not too shabby pint in the pub afterwards. Lovely stuff.
