Back in November 2016 I got to shoot this flipping awesome Asylum & East Dulwich Tavern wedding. Rosie & Dale (the singer from Malefice) celebrated their marriage with a fun ceremony decorated with colourful balloons, the highlight of which for many guests was singing Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”. Asylum (also known as Caroline Gardens Chapel) in Peckham is without doubt one of my all time favourite ceremony venues. The crumbling walls, the way sunlight streams through the stained glass, the candles, the setting. It’s absolutely perfect and I am filled with joy every time I go back there. Not least because it looks different every time. For such a distinctive building it makes the perfect blank canvas for pretty much any wedding decor. I love it!

After the ceremony (and a cheeky drink or two courtesy of The Travelling Gin Company) everybody headed to the East Dulwich Tavern for a proper East London knees up with a pie supper, temporary tattoo station, a stunning Choccywoccydoodah cake and, most importantly, a dance floor full of happy people! Such an incredible day – and these two styled the crap out of it you’ve got to admit. I especially loved that Dale’s cufflinks matched Rosie’s necklace – dinosaur bling for the win!!!!
