winter sunshine nottinghamshire countryside eshoot << sam + chris >>

Long long ago, back when I was living in Nottingham and just setting up my business, I did a few weddings fairs. And I am so glad I did. I met some amazing people and I’ve been lucky enough to share many of their weddings on this blog over the past couple of years. But there’s one more. One awesome couple that I first met almost 2 years ago when they were in the early stages of planning their winter wedding. And this weekend, I get to share that day with them. We met up a few weeks ago for a natter and an engagement shoot and, I have to say, I can’t wait to hang out with them again. They’ve got some awesome things planned for the day and I’ll be sharing a few sneak peeks on Monday, hopefully. But in the meantime, here they are in the gorgeous November sunshine. See you Sunday Sam & Chris!

In other news – my fella has been away in Peru & Bolivia this past couple of weeks and I am super excited to have him home again today. Since he went away, I swear I have watched more films than can possibly be good for me. My favourite was either The Holiday (because it’s christmassy and adorable and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside) or A Town Called Panic (because it is bonkersly brilliant and utterly bewitching). Now that he’s back, we can crack on with our Breaking Bad marathon. Yes yes…late to the party, I know, but we decided to wait until it was all done and then set to watching the whole thing, all 5 seasons, in one go. It’s just how I like to do things. So no spoilers, ok? Quite how I resisted watching the remaining series while he was away, I do not know. But I am sure as heck excited to get back on it now he’s home. Woo hoo! (Also, obviously, chuffed to see him again – that goes without saying).
