Nothing I can say will do justice to this utterly amazing superhero wedding. Laura and Jake knocked it right out of the park. This pair live and breathe superhero awesomeness, so it comes as no surprise that their wedding was one hundred and ten per cent super powered awesome with a splash of incredible and several dollops of amazeballs. Just look at those shoes. Look at them! And that dress (made by a talented friend, no less). And the cake! From the moment we met them, Laura and Jake made us feel like we belonged. The day overflowed with laughter and I came home thinking it might actually be a really good idea to start wearing a cape to weddings (no really – that thought totally crossed my mind). We munched popcorn, we played with sparklers and blue smoke and we quite simply had the time of our lives. Every single DIY detail at this wonderful wedding made me love Laura and Jake, and their love for all things superhero, even more. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Upton House in Poole for their attention to detail and perfectly timed coffee. Massive snogs to Laura, Jake and the rest of the superhero gang. You’re all bloody brilliant. Mwah!
