restoration project << chit chat >>
Ok. Come on then. Who watched Sherlock the other night? Wasn’t it brilliant? Yes. Yes it was. Although thankfully not like a real wedding (or indeed a real wedding photographer) at all. Phew! I do rather love the venue though – Goldney Hall which is part of Bristol University. Lovely stuff. And that frock was rather gorgeous too, was it not? Very vintage inspires. On the whole, the episode was fun though, I thought. I loved it from start to finish though. I’ve always been a huge fan of Sherlock. The first episode of the latest season annoyed me a teeny tiny bit with it’s in jokes and needs to know stuff, but mostly I loved it. The fella has come round too (having not seen either of the first two series – for shame). I’m already salivating profusely at the thought of the third episode – and having mild panic attacks at the thought of waiting another 2 years for the next season. Argh!

In other news…I spent today taking photographs of an exciting building restoration project that has just begun. I can’t share too much yet, but I absolutely loved seeing it in it’s current state. All that grime and abandonment. There’s lots to be done and it’ll be AGES before I get to see the finished project but I’ll keep you posted… Needless to say this puts my decorating projects to shame. There’s sandblasting going on, don’t you know!
