Wedding season is in full swing and I haven’t really stopped grinning from ear to ear, to be honest, there has been so much pretty in my life recently. And there’s no sign of things slowing down, either. In fact, I have some hugely exciting weddings to look forward to. One that I am especially excited about is going to feature a whole lot of sweet treats and some serious quirky fun. I met up with Beth and Ryan at Linacre Reservoir on the outskirts of Chesterfield for a natter about their big day and a laid back pre-wed shoot. Apart from a sat-nav malfunction that nearly saw me disappearing down an overgrown footpath in my little lifeline-mobile and having to avoid squishing the bazillion baby frogs hopping about on the banks, it was a really lovely relaxed summer’s evening. I went to bed that night dreaming of popcorn, candyfloss and ice cream (yes – all at the same time – naughty I know). Roll on September when I get to hang out with this pair of gigglers again!
