UrbEx << chit chat >>

I’ve been busy again…though not with my camera. Glastonbury Festival stole me away from my passion and left me mud splattered and pretty much exhausted. But you know what? It was heaps of fun. I hardly saw any bands, I never do though. What I love is wandering around the Green Fields, the Healing Fields, the Craft Fields… Soaking up some good old fashioned hippy loveliness and gazing longingly at the many beautiful things being made and sold. If I had any money at all I wold have a house full of quirky wonderfulness by now. But alas, I can only look. Hehe. Maybe next time. Gives me a couple of years to save up…

I’ve got a fair few shoots coming up in July so the blog wont be so quiet but I couldn’t resist saying hi and sharing some shots I took just before disappearing off to Worthy Farm from a fab rainbow blessed walk I took with my favourite boy (Murphy the dog, if you wondered) near Huncoat in Lancashire. We walked through the pretty village, out to some gorgeous woodland, back along the canal and then explored the abandoned offices of the long since torn down power station. Graffiti-tastic. I would so love to do a trash the dress shoot there! It’s such a fab grungy venue. I am definitely on the look out for more places like this as potential locations so if you know of any…give me a shout.
