Sunny Fun Filled Cley Windmill Wedding < < sam + andy > >
First up – I have to apologise to the lovely Sam for keeping her waiting today. Selecting images from this AMAZEBALLS wedding was just so hard…it took me much longer to collate this than I had hoped. Sorry sorry sorry… I hope you haven’t worn out your return key refreshing the site!
So. Yes. Sam and Andy. They’re bloody brilliant. And they tied the knot last month at an incredibly intimate, romantic ceremony at Cley Windmill on the north Norfolk coast. Tis a fabulous venue and a gorgeous place just to visit. In fact, I’m going back with my fella next month, I liked it so much. Hurrah! Anyways…the sun shone down beautifully for their wedding, everyone wore their favourite smile (the one that happens when you’re really, really happy) and I snapped away merrily with the lovely Boo Marshall assisting me, both of us soaking up the love and laughter as the day went on. Here are some of my faves from this fabulous day:
Late afternoon, the wedding party (that’s everybody in the group shot, by the way) all trundled back to Norwich for a big celebratory bash in a marque in Sam’s mum’s garden. Think a garden party with live Jazz band, colourful cocktails and tasty cupcakes, a huge hog roast and fresh pancakes for afters, a céilidh band, a doggie that just wanted to curl up on the pretty wedding dress train and have a lovely snooze…oh and monkeys. Sam REALLY likes monkeys! Did you notice the ring holder? Yuh-huh. MONKEY! It was heaps of fun and I can’t thank Sam & Andy’s friends and family enough for their incredible hospitality. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph the day and night celebrations of this lovely, lovely couple. Mwah!
Oh and one last thing…how cute is the balcony at Cley Windmill, eh?!?!?!?!
